Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 11+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a scheduling, planning, or schedule risk role within defense, space, or federal acquisition environment.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Project, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience using MS Project or comparable scheduling tools.
• Experience evaluating schedule risk on complex, multi-disciplinary programs, including Monte-Carlo-based schedule risk analyses.
• Experience planning and executing customer engagements, particularly with new customers, to implement or enhance schedule management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to brief and interact with executive-level stakeholders, translating complex schedule data into decision-quality insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large, complex DoD acquisition programs.
• Perform schedule risk assessments for weapon system programs, including development of schedule logic and critical dependencies.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulation techniques to quantify schedule uncertainty.
• Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate schedule risks and improve program execution.
• Support planning and execution of customer engagements, including standing up new schedule management processes.
• Interface directly with government program managers, technical leads, and executive leadership, delivering concise schedule briefings.
