Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking senior-level Program Analysts to support DoD Federal acquisition programs and provide analytical support across multiple disciplines. A SECRET clearance is required, with 7–9 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.

The role includes risk management, schedule analysis, development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and preparation of briefings and reports. Candidates will interact with government data repositories and support travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7–9 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum Security Clearance: SECRET; DoD program support experience advantageous.
• Experience supporting Navy or DoD acquisition programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support across engineering, science, business, financial, cost or program management disciplines.
• Develop and review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings and specifications.
• Draft Naval Messages and correspondence; track risks per Risk Management Plan.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path evaluation, and IMS development/delivery.
• Generate IMS reports including 30/60/90 Outlooks and Milestone snapshots.
• Prepare briefs and presentation materials; coordinate meetings.
• Update program Fact Books and Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center site.
• Manage program information in data repositories and generate reports.
• Prepare Trip Reports for attended events with travel.
