Tecolote Research, Inc. seeks a Schedule Analyst to support large-scale acquisition programs in Colorado Springs. You will review Integrated Master Schedules, develop critical paths, and generate concise summaries for leadership.

Daily interface with government personnel and prime contractors is expected. Ideal candidates offer 5+ years in DoD schedule management for space programs, strong MS Project/MS Office skills, and a Secret clearance with TS eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD schedule management experience on space programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Milestones Professional.
• Strong customer-oriented communication skills.
• Secret clearance and TS eligibility required.
• Knowledge of earned value management guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review Integrated Master Schedules and condense/detail
• Identify methods for critical path development
• Create summary views for presentations
• Stress test schedules and assess robustness
• Interface with government personnel and contractors daily
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and EV metrics
