Job summary

MTSI seeks a Program Analyst to organize and align data across cost, schedule, contract, test, and technical domains in support of program execution. The role includes risk assessment, executive communications, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with SMEs and leadership to deliver integrated program products.

You will lead scheduling efforts, document deliverables, and translate complex data into actionable reports for senior leadership under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in program analysis or related field.
• Familiarity with Missile Defense System and DoD policies.

Responsibilities

• Organize, synthesize, and align cost, schedule, contract, test, and technical data for program execution.
• Develop and maintain top-level program schedules using enterprise tools.
• Act as liaison between technical, operational, and business teams to produce integrated products.
• Author, edit, and compile strategic plans, program documentation, and policy artifacts.
• Prepare weekly situational reports and leadership briefings.
