Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, CS, CE, EE, ME, or similar from ABET-accredited university with 4+ years experience or MS with 2+ years.
• Experience in risk management for Defense applications on large-scale programs across the SDLC.
• Collaborative engineering environment with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively within a team.
• Resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to Huntsville/North Alabama, AL area.
• Possess a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the risk register and coordinate with risk owners.
• Drive Risk Review Board activities and prepare Risk Management Status Reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate system and program risks across multiple programs.
• Translate risk data into actionable leadership updates and customer reports.
