Qualifications

• College degree or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years scaffold experience or equivalent construction experience with degree or 8 years work experience in relatable industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the E/D department including multiple crews in building and dismantling of all access solutions.
• Hire, train and mentor labor crews; coordinate daily jobsite operations and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, paperwork, inspections and form erection/dismantling across locations.
