Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/controls/instrumentation/chemical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years in power generation controls, industrial automation, SCADA/DCS, instrumentation, or related systems.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex vendor projects.
- Knowledge of DCS/PLC, grid forming concepts, and cybersecurity basics.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern the integrated SCADA, DCS, controls, instrumentation, and protection strategy.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and manage cross-system interfaces and risk.
- Oversee FAT, HIL, SAT, commissioning, and readiness with formal test governance.
- Coordinate with operations, cybersecurity, IT, and OEMs to ensure plant availability and safety.
