Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Senior Satellite Structural Analyst to support TeraWave spacecraft structures and interfaces in Colorado. You’ll perform FE analyses, validation, and margins assessment for launch, flight, and environmental tests.

Collaborating with design, manufacturing, AIT, and test teams, you’ll develop and correlate analysis models, ensure structural integrity, and help mature hardware from concept through flight readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of aerospace structural analysis experience.
• Experience with spacecraft structures and launch-vehicle environments.
• Proficiency in FEA software (NASTRAN/ANSYS/Abaqus).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and verification for spacecraft structures.
• Develop and validate detailed FE models for satellite components.
• Correlate analytical results to test data and document margins.
• Support test planning and root-cause analysis of anomalies.
