Blue Origin seeks a Senior Satellite Structural Analyst to lead structural analysis for TeraWave spacecraft. You will perform FEA, verify designs, and collaborate with mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams through design, qualification, and flight readiness to ensure robust structures for multi-orbit constellation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of aerospace structural analysis experience with FEA tools.

Responsibilities

• Support structural analysis and verification of spacecraft structures and interfaces throughout design and flight-readiness.
• Plan and execute structural-analysis work packages from requirements to margins and test correlation.
• Define structural criteria, load cases and analysis assumptions for hardware and subsystems.
• Develop and maintain structural requirements, ICDs, and interface loads documentation.
• Perform finite element analyses and validate models against test data.
• Correlate analytical models to test results and update margins and evidence.
• Collaborate with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and test teams to optimize designs.
• Present results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
