Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to sit at the intersection of business strategy and SAP technology. You will lead data programs, govern governance, and guide data migration and MDG initiatives to deliver scalable value for clients, in a hybrid US-wide role.

You will work with cross-functional teams, shape data strategy and governance frameworks across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, and engage with clients daily to expand services while modeling sound engagement economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG and Data Migration.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including client-facing presentations and documentation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams or projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to your team and foster a collaborative environment for innovative solutions.
• Manage project status, deliverables, and risk management.
