EY in the US seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP Core Supply Chain transformations, focusing on Asset Management and Plant Maintenance in S/4HANA. You will advise executive stakeholders, shape roadmaps, and drive delivery across multi-site deployments.

The role requires 12–15 years of experience, 10+ years in SAP PM/EAM, and strong communication, client service, and business development skills. Travel 40–60% is expected as you collaborate with global teams and expand EY services.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management, including SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
