Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to lead transformation for life sciences commercial and medical teams, mapping current state and future state, and guiding cross-functional teams from requirements to adoption.

You will partner with architects, define AI use cases, run design workshops, and mentor colleagues while supporting business development and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting or relevant Life Sciences industry roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on ownership of at least one core Life Sciences business process.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state assessments and future state visioning for core Life Sciences processes.
• Act as the functional voice in the room and define what better looks like.
• Translate future state process design into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for agentic AI use cases.
• Facilitate design workshops and governance conversations with client stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, future state maps, and executive narratives.
• Provide advisory support across the sales and medical lifecycle.
• Mentor colleagues in building functional to technical fluency.
• Support business development, including SOWs and proposals.
• Contribute to practice development including methodologies and playbooks.
