Qualifications

10+ years consulting/CRM implementation experience.
5+ years life sciences industry experience.
2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement).
Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, and enabling agentic capabilities.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement.
Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks.
Set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments.
Establish security, environment, and release guardrails; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resilient, performant, adoption-ready solutions.
