Job summary

ZS, a management consulting and technology firm, is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences expert to translate business needs into robust cloud designs. You will run workshops, design data models, and shape integrations across HCP, trial, and hub services while ensuring compliance and value realization.

You will collaborate with solution architects, IT stakeholders, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive adoption in the life sciences domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, engineering or related discipline; life sciences or business background encouraged.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience, including hands-on Salesforce consulting and implementation.
• Exposure to Veeva CRM or Vault CRM and migration considerations preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification expected; Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud/Sales Cloud credentials strongly preferred.
• Experience with healthcare/pharma/life sciences sectors and industry challenges.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud designs across HCP engagement, call planning, and multichannel plans.
• Run requirements workshops, document as-is/to-be processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Design data models across core life sciences objects and determine build vs. out-of-the-box solutions.
• Coordinate integrations with data ecosystem (MDM, reference data, DAM, ERP, analytics).
• Support migration assessments for Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and define roadmaps.
• Bring together Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce for unified profiles and next-best-action insights.
• Embed HIPAA/GDPR/compliance and validate systems through SIT/UAT and deployment.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end, manage risks, and communicate with leadership.
• Develop business cases, adoption measures, and value realization post go-live.
