Deloitte Life Sciences Lead Technical Architect role in the Salesforce practice seeks an experienced architect to own end-to-end architecture for Life Sciences Cloud implementations, including Patient Services and Customer Engagement. You will drive architecture across applications, data, and integrations, leveraging Data Cloud and Databricks to deliver compliant, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
5+ years life sciences industry experience.
2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement).
Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, and enabling agentic capabilities.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement.
Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations-using Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, and emerging agentic platforms.
Set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments.
Establish security, environment, and release guardrails, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
