Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to help life sciences clients transform commercial and medical processes using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and agentic AI capabilities. You will translate business needs into build-ready requirements, lead workshops, and collaborate with solution architects to realize future-state visions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience in consulting or Life Sciences roles.
3+ years of ownership of at least one core Life Sciences business process (KAM, Speaker/Event, Field Coaching, or Medical Interactions).
Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Lead current state assessments and future state visioning for core Life Sciences processes and articulate the journey to client stakeholders.
Act as the functional voice, challenging legacy assumptions and defining what better looks like.
Partner with solution architects to translate future state into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Identify and scope opportunities for agentic AI through Agentforce.
Facilitate design workshops, process walkthroughs, and governance conversations.
Develop business cases, future state maps, and executive ready narratives.
Provide planning, design, and advisory support across the lifecycle, from design to adoption.
Mentor colleagues to build functional to technical fluency.
Support business development, including SOWs and proposals.
Contribute to internal practice development and playbooks.
