Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 1-3 years retail sales with supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing the home.
• Provide daily support to the management team with opening/closing routines, register functions and back office procedures.
• Supervise to ensure store meets financial goals and that associates deliver world-class service.
• Maintain store standards for visuals, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back-of-house during manage-on duty shifts.
• Perform Selling Captain role as a sales/leadership example by prioritizing the customer experience.
• Foster an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect per People First philosophy.
