Commission Structure: Uncapped new business signing bonuses, uncapped residual commissions

Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000

Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer

Position Overview: The Lead Sales Executive will be responsible for actively pursuing new B2B sales opportunities, managing client relationships, establishing partnerships, and developing a sales ecosystem. This role requires a proactive, organized, and goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnership opportunities with marketing agencies through networking, emails, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads and develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Conduct product pitch presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and prepare customized proposals and service agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and document a successful sales ecosystem that can be replicated with new sales representatives.
  • Set up and maintain sales technology tools within BEM including (but not limited to) Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Monday.com.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on progress towards sales goals.

MUST HAVE Qualifications:

●Proven experience with media sales and/or with media agencies.

●Experience working with marketing agencies.

●Comfortable with public speaking, leading meetings with potential clients, and negotiating pricing and/or deals as needed.

●Experience developing proposals and executing contracts.

●Willingness to travel frequently to meet potential and existing clients on occasion.

●High Level of Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).

●High Level of Proficiency in Prospecting software (Zoominfo).

●A goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.

●Executive presence in client meetings.

●Ability to represent the company at conferences, and other industry events.

●Technical proficiency on office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

●A creative approach to sales by actively using social media, and a variety of tools and tactics to build rapport with audiences and reach revenue goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Ideal Skills:

●Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

●Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote setting.

●Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.

●Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: marketing, business, or technology.

●Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

●Solution oriented and proactive.

Working Conditions:

●Remote work environment

●Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, conferences, and training sessions.

●$65,000 annual salary with uncapped commissions.
