Job summary

Massage Heights in Colorado Springs is seeking a dynamic leader to coach and develop Consultants, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales goals across the Retreat.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience training, coaching, and resolving conflicts. Proficiency with computers and spa software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or membership-based sales experience.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution with employees.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Consultants to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Collaborate to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and recognition that drives individual and team performance.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Support inventory management, reporting, and operational compliance.

Schedule/Expected Work Hours

• Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• 6-8 hour shifts
• Day and evening shifts available
