Job summary

Massage Heights - Colorado Springs leads a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales goals. Under new management, guide the Consultants to educate Members and promote a balanced lifestyle for every guest.

You will provide ongoing coaching, set retreat goals, and handle guest concerns with professionalism. The role requires at least 1 year in sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and comfort with standard software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or membership-based sales experience.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution with employees.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Consultants to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet sales goals
• Collaborate to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals
• Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and recognition that drives individual and team performance
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Support inventory management, reporting, and operational compliance

Schedule/Expected Work Hours

• Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• 6-8 hour shifts
• Day and evening shifts available
