Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking a Spa Director to supervise Retreat operations, drive membership sales, and lead the team in delivering a standout guest experience. You will oversee revenue, training, scheduling, and brand systems to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The role requires leadership, sales expertise in memberships or retail, and the ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining exceptional customer service and a balanced member experience across the retreat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year of sales, membership and/or retail management experience.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolutions.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Basic business math skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling memberships and training all staff
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining employees
• Facilitate front desk associate training as assigned. Training includes coaching and role-playing to support membership sales
• Manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and Assistant Manager to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals
• Create an environment that is positive and passionate about providing awesome guest experience
• Build guest loyalty by consistently following the proven operating system of Massage Heights
• Must Have Team Leadership and Membership Sales of 3+ years

Schedule/Expected Work Hours

• Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• 5-8 hour shifts, Full Time and Part Time Available
• Day and evening shifts available
