Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a proactive Lead Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise and develop a diverse team of volunteers and staff, ensure smooth donation processing, pricing, stocking, and customer service, and help drive Goodwill’s mission in the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, with flexibility to accommodate diverse communication styles and abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Train and supervise team members, and meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Properly process donations, sort according to guidelines, rotate products, and track inventory using basic calculations.
• Assist with scheduling, day-to-day operations, inventory management, and statistical reporting; ensure timely completion of activity reports and accurate donation counts.
• Support team operations, perform janitorial duties, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining punctuality and dependability.
