Evansville Goodwill is seeking a Lead Sales Associate who will support the Store Manager in daily operations and staff development. You will help manage donations, merchandise flow, and customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with store operations and product inquiries to ensure positive experiences.
• Train and supervise team members and meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Properly process donations, sort items, rotate products, and track inventory using basic calculations.
