Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help run a clean, organized store and put customers first. You will assist customers with purchases, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

This role requires strong customer service, basic math, and adherence to safety policies, with responsibilities including stock rotation, displays, and potentially leading the team in the manager's absence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, scan items, total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Receive, open and unpack merchandise; stock and rotate on shelves; build displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness; take out trash; clean restrooms and stockrooms; set up displays.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
