Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Nashville is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will demonstrate strong coaching and mentoring to the sales team, providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized service to achieve sales and service targets. You will also handle cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing duties on a rota.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close on a rota.
