You will coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliations, and manage opening and closing duties on a rota. This role is ideal for someone aiming for a first supervisory step in a leading cosmetics retailer.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Experience in coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to model expected sales and customer service behaviours.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
• Coach and mentor sales team to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
