• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.

• Experience with opening and closing the store and cash reconciliation is desirable; supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
• Lead by example to coach and mentor sales staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Handle start and end of day cash reconciliation and participate in opening/closing duties on a rota.
