Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Nashville is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, model authentic service, handle cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties on a rota, and help drive sales targets while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient running of the store.
• Lead by example with outstanding coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing on a rota basis.
