Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, delivering inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will apply your flair for retail and cash handling to carry out essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and to open and close the store on a rota, while coaching and mentoring the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and perform cash reconciliation.
