Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform cash register functions.
• Knowledge of cash handling and safety policies and practices.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays and restock as needed.
• Clean the store; take out trash; maintain store appearance.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager directions; support in absence of Store Manager.
