M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee construction safety, health, and risk management across multiple projects.

The role develops site-specific safety plans and leads a team to implement the Operational Risk Management process, coordinating with project management and contractors to ensure robust safety measures. The ideal candidate has extensive S&H training experience, deep regulatory knowledge (OSHA, 1910/1926, EM-385), and a background in electrical/construction

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and safety management systems.
• Experience in electrical/construction safety projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health and Risk Management.
• Lead ORM team in developing site safety plans.
• Coordinate with GC/owner on safety mitigation strategies.
• Deliver S&H training programs and safety reports.
• Ensure compliance with project safety plans and permits.
• Assist with safety budgets and contract requirements.
• Manage incident reporting and investigations.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT and related standards.
