Qualifications

10+ years delivering technology projects with 5+ years in Agile leadership roles.
SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management experience.
Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution and SAFe ceremonies.
Facilitate PI Planning, dependency management, and ART alignment.
Drive program delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with business, product, architecture, and technology leaders to ensure outcomes.
Track delivery performance, Agile maturity, and portfolio execution metrics.
