Job summary
Consor is seeking a Roadway Engineering Designer in the United States (Texas) to lead the development of complex transportation infrastructure projects. You will provide advanced technical expertise in roadway, multimodal, intersection, and corridor design, ensuring constructible, cost-effective solutions that meet client and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- B.S. in civil engineering is required.
- 2+ years of Texas transportation engineering design experience.
- EIT certification required.
- Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and development of roadway, multimodal, and intersection design plans and construction documents.
- Perform advanced engineering analyses related to horizontal/vertical alignments and multimodal facilities.
- Coordinate design activities across multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior designers.
- Support project engineers with planning, scheduling, QA/QC, and timely submittals.
- Use CAD and transportation design software to develop complex design models and resolve technical challenges.
