Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Texas RN license required.
• 3–5 years RN experience with leadership potential.
• Experience with staffing and electronic scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Functions in a leadership capacity and acts as a liaison between hospital leadership and nursing staff.
• Prepare hospital shift reports and staffing data; participate in Staffing Effectiveness Committee.
• Schedule staffing, manage temporary labor, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Supervise nursing care across the hospital and resolve staffing issues.
• Participate in employee health activities and enforce policies and standards.
