Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an RN House Supervisor for the Staffing group. You will lead nursing operations, coordinate staffing, and act as liaison between hospital leadership and unit staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing required.
• 3–5 years RN experience required.
• Current Texas RN license or Compact State license; BLS; CPI training.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care in the hospital and liaise with leadership and staff.
• Prepare hospital shift reports including staffing and census data.
• Participate in Staffing Effectiveness Committee and electronic scheduling.
• Manage staffing and temporary labor to ensure adequate coverage.
• Respond to emergencies and uphold standards of care and safety.
