The role requires a nursing degree, active Texas license, and BLS certification; 1 year of RN experience is preferred and BSN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with English proficiency.
• 1 year of RN experience; specialty areas may vary by unit.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents comprehensive nursing assessments and care plans.
• Coordinates with the health care team to implement the plan of care.
• Ensures patient safety, educates patients and families, and maintains accurate records.
• Participates in quality improvement and adheres to standards of nursing practice.
