Job summary

Hydrate IV Bar Overland Park seeks a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee IV therapy operations and inventory, while guiding a wellness-focused team. The role blends clinical leadership with hospitality, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and a premium spa experience.

You will manage supplies, supervise staff, and uphold SOPs, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance, working closely with leadership to grow the brand and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree of Science in Nursing.
• Must pass NCLEX and hold current licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and nursing team to ensure IV therapy operations run smoothly.
• Order and track medical supplies, vitamins, medications, and related items.
• Educate staff on SOPs, procedures, and medication protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Interact with physicians, suppliers, and Home Office as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and vital signs.
