Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum two years of licensed clinical practice.
• Strong proficiency in peripheral IV access, infusion therapy, and clinical assessment.
• Demonstrated sound clinical judgment and ability to work independently within authorized scope.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish expectations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain professional accountability.
• Commitment to exceptional client care and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct clinical client consultations and assessments within authorized scope.
• Perform peripheral IV placement, IV infusion therapy, and IM injections in accordance with approved protocols.
• Monitor clients during treatment and respond appropriately to clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure consistent infection prevention practices, medication safety, and treatment procedures.
• Coordinate with authorized medical providers regarding treatment eligibility, orders, clinical questions, and follow-up.
• Help clients understand available wellness services and appropriate treatment recommendations.
