Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to oversee medical operations within the studio, serving as a clinical expert and business driver. You will mentor the nursing team, ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality care while integrating medical services into daily studio operations.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and at least two years in acute care, plus leadership experience. A dynamic, fast-paced environment offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering IVs/injections.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Passion for wellness and patient care.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to compliance and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support.
• Ensure strict compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence.
• Partner with GM to develop activations to meet studio goals.
• Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results.
• Collaborate with GM to integrate medical services into studio operations.
