Job summary

Hydrate IV Bar seeks a Lead Nurse Inventory Manager to ensure adequate medical supplies, vitamins, nutrients, and medications for daily IV operations while guiding a clinical team. You will liaise with physicians, suppliers, and Hydrate Home Office, promoting exceptional care and hospitality.

The role follows RN protocols, administers IV therapy, maintains patient records, and upholds HIPAA. Reports to the Owner and participates in leadership activities within the spa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree of Science in Nursing.
• Must pass NCLEX and hold RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1+ year retail, inventory, clinical, or spa experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory systems and staff with GM/Owner guidance.
• Order medical supplies, vitamins, nutrients, and medications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Administer IV therapy and injections; train nursing staff.
• Educate staff on SOPs and new medications and supplies.
• Track purchases and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Lead weekly management meetings and cross-location support.
