Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a Lead Nurse in Texas to guide a team of nurses, oversee daily medical operations, and ensure excellent client care. You will administer IV Drip Therapy, intramuscular injections, and Hyperbaric sessions under Medical Director supervision.

Requirements include an RN license, 2+ years in acute care, and leadership experience. You will liaise with management to schedule staff, train new hires, and maintain compliance in a dynamic wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure in Texas.
• Two years of nursing experience in acute care settings (ER/ICU/Med‑Surg).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Restore Nurses; conduct monthly chart audits and training.
• Interview nurse candidates and onboard hires with GM oversight.
• Schedule management for part‑time nurses and ensure coverage across hours.
• Perform performance evaluations and counseling as needed.
• Oversee nursing operations, processes and procedures at location.
• Document client visits in electronic medical records; ensure compliance.
