Job summary

Hydrate IV Bar Overland Park seeks a Lead Nurse Inventory Manager to supervise inventory systems and clinical staff for daily IV therapy operations. You will work closely with the supervising physician and vendors, ensuring supply adequacy and medication handling per protocols.

You will lead with hospitality and clinical excellence, maintaining a calm, premium spa atmosphere while coaching staff and managing purchase orders, records, and compliance.

Qualifications

• RN with NCLEX and BLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree of Science in Nursing is required.
• 1+ years’ leadership or supervisory experience in clinical or retail settings preferred.
• Experience with IV therapy and vitamin injections is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and inventory management for daily IV therapy services.
• Order and track medical supplies, vitamins, nutrients, and medications.
• Inputs and tracks purchase orders and communicates with suppliers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and ensure data privacy.
