Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Full Time Lead Nurse to join our wellness-focused team. The role centers on administering IV therapies and injections, educating clients, and guiding them through HBOT sessions in a non-traditional wellness setting that emphasizes patient comfort and engagement.

As a nurse, you will document visits, respond to client questions, and collaborate with the nursing director while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

• RN licensed; required to practice.
• 1–2 years of acute care nursing (ER/ICU or similar).
• At least 2 years of injection administration experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Familiar with electronic medical records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapies and IM injections.
• Educate clients on IV drips, injections, and ingredient benefits.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Document visits in electronic medical records.
• Answer client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide under supervision.
• Communicate issues or adverse effects to the nursing team.
