Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to lead a Care Delivery Team and oversee nursing care for a defined patient group. The CN II demonstrates clinical leadership, coordinates care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and precepts new staff.

Responsibilities include directing care during shifts, ensuring appropriate use of equipment, and maintaining high standards of patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• Successful completion of orientation and probationary period with Orientation Checklist.
• Minimum 12 hours CE annually including Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification; ACLS required.
• Theoretical knowledge with clinical experience and strong verbal/written communication.
