Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This role sits in RK&K's Project Controls practice and collaborates with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, with the potential to lead teams based on experience.

The position focuses on developing risk processes, integrating risk with cost and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Mid-career or senior professional with risk management experience on complex projects or programs.
• Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, forecasting, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Power BI and risk management software such as @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, or Deltek Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans, processes, and governance.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, contracting, and design.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk-adjusted forecasting.
• Integrate risk with project controls, costs, and schedules.
• Monitor risks, communicate trends, and present material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders using Power BI and related tools.
• Support evaluation of changes, procurement strategies, and delivery approaches from a risk perspective.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to risk management methodologies and best practices.
