Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. This role, within the Project Controls practice, collaborates with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project and program risks.

Responsibilities include developing risk management processes, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls, maintaining risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Experience in risk management or project controls on complex projects.
• Experience with Power BI and risk analysis software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with risk modeling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project and program risk management plans, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Maintain risk registers, matrices, and management plans; document mitigation strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including cost/schedule forecasting.
• Integrate risk management with project controls, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risk to leadership; prepare risk reports and dashboards.
• Lead or support development of risk management methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise risk management activities as appropriate.
