Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS clearance.
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated effective communication and collaboration skills across software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW; familiarity with containerized software.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and related design verification activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware test sets and test software in collaboration with domain experts and systems engineers.
• Hands-on integration work in hardware labs and field-test environments to ensure system components meet specifications.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and participate in technical reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS, TRRs).
• Document and execute test plans and procedures.
• Capture and communicate test results and metrics for program reviews.
