Job summary

The role collaborates across software, hardware, and MBSE teams to plan, model, and implement large-scale systems, while integrating MBSE into agile development pipelines.

You will extract and manage requirements for RF sensor processing, document designs and APIs, and participate in peer reviews and travel for events and demonstrations as needed.

Qualifications

• PhD, MS or BS with required years in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering for medium to large scale agile software development programs.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investigators, software engineers, and system engineers to plan, model, develop, test, and document large scale software/hardware systems.
• Collaborate to integrate MBSE artifacts with software pipelines and to streamline MBSE processes.
• Perform requirement extraction, management, and analysis for RF sensor signal processing or equivalent systems.
• Document system designs, software designs, APIs, and implementation details.
• Perform peer reviews and suggest next steps for technical work.
• Support approximately 5% travel for integration events, meetings, and field demonstrations.
