Job summary

STR seeks a Lead System Integration & Test Engineer to join our Woburn, MA team, focusing on integration and testing of advanced multi-function RF systems. You will build test sets, write test software, and verify system interfaces against requirements in both SIL and field environments.

The role requires 7+ years in I&T, a BS in an engineering field, and an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 7 years of I&T experience.
• Experience performing subsystem and system level integration and test of software and/or hardware.
• Familiarity with automated test tools, test plans, and MBSE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware test sets and test software with domain experts.
• Perform hands-on integration in hardware labs and field-test environments per spec.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings and participate in reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs).
• Document, execute, and communicate test plans, results, and metrics.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineers to verify interfaces.
