Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years with RF components and subsystems (T/R modules, antennas, amplifiers, etc.).
• Experience developing requirements and verification plans for complex systems.
• RF design and analysis experience (frequency planning, link budget, transceiver architectures).
• RF testing from component to system level.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to design, develop, integrate and test RF hardware systems.
• Quantify goals, performance objectives, metrics, dependencies and risks.
• Develop drawings, select parts, write specifications for RF components.
• Oversee integration and test of RF systems including software interfaces.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware and test engineers to resolve issues.
• Conduct performance analyses and test plans to verify requirements.
• Prepare documentation and reports, including test results and as-built records.
